You know what I do on such days? I look for inspirational role models: some days it might be a vegan Olympic Medalist, others - my favorite song writer that just became vegan. I always look up to people that never give up. It motivates me and pushes me to do my best, work hard and have a hope that one day people will wake up from "meat koma" majority are living in now.
Below you will find 10 highly-achieved famous vegans who might inspire you to keep on pushing and, maybe, inspire to transform your life into a vegan one.
Bill Clinton
"I just decided that I was the high-risk person, and I did not want to fool with this anymore. And I wanted to live to be a grandfather. So I decided to pick the diet that I thought would maximize my chances of long-term survival" - Bill Clinton about his reasoning behind going vegan.
Portia de Rossi
"I always thought going vegan would be difficult, but I genuinely do not crave meat or cheese. And I feel happier, like I am contributing to making the world a less violent place." - actress explained her vegan journey to The Oprah Magazine.

Michelle Pfeiffer
"Eating a vegan diet - it is just so much healthier - and you avoid a lot of toxins that could age your skin and your body. I really noticed a difference in my skin not too long after switching to fully vegan" - actress opens up to Urbanette.
Ellen DeGeneres
"I have always called myself an animal lover. And yet I ate them. Something just snapped and once I learned how meat products are made, I became vegan" - she explains her decision to transition into vegan lifestyle.
Gisele Bündchen
"We all love it. Veganism is not only good for our health and makes us feel good, but it also is good for the planet!" - supermodel told People Magazine.
Venus Williams
"I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and I wanted to maintain my performance on the court. Once I started eating a raw vegan diet, I fell in love with the concept of fueling your body in the best way possible" - famous athlete told Health Magazine.
Natalie Portman
"I am vegan, so I generally have a very clean diet; I usually have oatmeal or avocado toast in the morning... I take vitamins too - vitamin D. I get vitamin B12 shots once a month because it is the one thing you do not get from a vegan diet" - actress shared with Harpers Bazaar.
James Cameron
"You are going to be healthier, you are going to live longer, you are going to look better. You are going to have fewer zits. You are going to be slimmer. You are going to radiate health. You are going to have a better sex drive. That is what shifting away from meat and dairy does" - well known director told Men´s Journal.
Pamela Anderson
"So I say, veganism is about more than choosing not to eat animal products. Veganism is bigger than that. Veganism is about saving animals, saving ourselves, saving our societies, and saving our planet!" - actress posted on her personal website.
Stella McCartney
"For me, in fashion, I thought it would be hypocritical for me to use leather and fur if i do not eat it. I do not believe in killing animals, why on earth would I do it for the sake of fashion, which would only make it even more ridiculous" - fashion designer told Numero Magazine.
I love reading other vegan stories on why and how they changed their lifestyle into a plant-based one. It makes me feel like I am not alone in this and we all can create a better, more loving world one vegan at the time!
